Experience- 08-12 years Major Responsibilities 1. End-to-end account management for clients and brand building by means of internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement 2. Development of communications strategy and ensuring its implementation in line with the projected targets and outcomes 3. Daily liaison with the client and working with the team to achieve deliverables 4. Development of communications collaterals- news releases, key messaging documents, spokesperson responses for media queries, pitch notes, invites etc. 5. Media engagement, coordination and management especially in sectors like Technology, Startup, Education, Auto, Finance, corporate, renewable energy and HR. 6. Client administration including adhering to deadlines, client meetings and briefings 7. Event coordination: Recommend approach, media outreach and on-ground support 8. Evaluate possible crisis situations and prepare a streamlined response system 9. Develop plan of action and recommend media strategy 10. Real-time situation analysis, monitoring, updates and recommendations 11. Brainstorm and develop communications approach as per the brief 12. Formulate a strategic communications plan with recommendations for stakeholders, consumers, and media engagement 13.
