Key Responsibilities
PR & Media Relations
Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with lifestyle, beauty, and business media.
Draft, edit, and circulate engaging press releases, founder stories, and product features.
Ensure consistent coverage across print, digital, and luxury lifestyle platforms.
Influencer & Creator Relations
Act as the
brand ambassador and connector
between the brand and influencers/creators.
Curate and manage influencer collaborations, PR gifting, and product seeding.
Host influencer events, creator meet-ups, and media interactions with confidence and enthusiasm.
Brand Promotion & Storytelling
Bring your
personal passion for skincare
into brand communications to make them relatable and authentic.
Promote the brand ethos (Farm-to-Face, luxury skincare, science-backed formulations) through storytelling across PR channels.
Be the "skin enthusiast" voice who can explain products, ingredients, and routines in a way that excites editors, influencers, and consumers.
Campaign & Event Management
Plan and execute high-impact PR campaigns, brand launches, and experiential activations.
Align PR efforts with marketing calendars, festivals, and product launches.
Support in handling crisis communication with transparency and agility.
Analytics & Insights
Track media/influencer coverage and report monthly on PR ROI and impact.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and digital beauty conversations.
Recommend innovative PR strategies to maximize visibility.

Requirements
3-5 years of PR/communications experience, preferably in
beauty, skincare, luxury, or lifestyle
.
Strong media and influencer network in the beauty and lifestyle category.
Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to handle campaigns end-to-end: ideation to execution to reporting.
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable being the "face" of the brand in PR/influencer spaces.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
