We are looking for a results-driven

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms. You should be analytical, data-driven, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, develop, and execute PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy creation. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Manage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, and A/B testing for ads and landing pages. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other BI dashboards. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the SEO team to align overall digital marketing strategies. Stay updated with industry trends, new ad platform features, and best practices. Generate regular performance reports and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Create and optimize product listing ads (PLA), shopping campaigns, and remarketing strategies when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience (2+ years) in managing PPC campaigns (especially for multiple clients in an agency setting) Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and SEMrush/Ahrefs (preferred) Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and reporting skills Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred) Experience with landing page tools (like Unbounce, Instapage) is a plus Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and CRO is a bonus
