Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise grade dashboards and self-service analytics solutions. This role will be central in delivering Finance, Sales, and Booking dashboards, leveraging curated datasets from the medallion architecture. The developer will work closely with data engineers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to translate KPIs into interactive, insight-driven dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise Power BI dashboards for Finance (revenue, expense, profitability), Sales, and Supply Chain reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and implement business measures. Build reusable semantic models and data sets aligned to the data lakehouse and medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers). Ensure dashboards are SOX-compliant and meet data governance standards. Develop pipeline monitoring dashboards for data quality and lineage visibility. Optimize DAX queries, models, and reports for performance and scalability. Provide training and documentation for self-service analytics adoption across business teams. Collaborate with Confluent Kafka SMEs and Data Engineers to ensure real-time data integration into reports.
Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in Power BI development, with at least 3 years in an enterprise environment. Strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and semantic modeling. Hands-on experience integrating Power BI with cloud-based data lakes and warehouses (AWS Redshift, Databricks, or similar). Understanding of finance, sales, and supply chain reporting use cases. Strong knowledge of governance, security, and compliance (SOX preferred). Ability to work in Agile environments, engage with business users, and deliver end to-end solutions.
Preferred:

Experience with OneStream, Oracle ERP (TMS), JD Edwards data sources. Familiarity with CI/CD for Power BI and version control. Knowledge of advanced visualization techniques and UX principles for dashboard design. Exposure to AI/ML integration with BI tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per month
