We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Power BI Developer
with over 3+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, report development, and data visualization. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in
SQL,Power Apps
and
SSRS
, along with proficiency in
Power BI
for delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
l Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
l Develop and support SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and visualizations.
l Perform advanced
SQL
queries, stored procedures, and data extraction to support reporting needs.
l Connect to various data sources and develop optimized data models.
l Conduct performance tuning and ensure data quality and consistency across reports.
l Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions.
l Build and manage data flows using Power Query (M), DAX, and ETL techniques.
l Maintain documentation for data models, processes, and solutions.
l Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and reports.
l Ensure security and access control in Power BI and SSRS environments.
Required Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
l Strong Experience on Power Apps.
l
Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI, SSRS, and SQL.
l Strong command of
SQL Server
for querying, data modeling, and database management.
l Proven experience developing
SSRS reports
in enterprise environments.
l Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI data modeling.
l Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
l Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
l Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
l Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
l Knowledge of Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory).
l Familiarity with other reporting tools like Tableau or Crystal Reports (optional).
l Microsoft certifications (Power BI or SQL Server) are a plus.
l Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
