Senior Power Apps Developer

This is your role. What part will you play?

\xc2\xb7 Deliver development and maintenance of custom applications in Power Platform/Microsoft 365.

\xc2\xb7 Manage external service providers in offshore and onshore locations by reviewing solution designs, estimates, SLA adherence, and delivery of work as per contract. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle and related operations.

\xc2\xb7 Streamline and optimize processes.

\xc2\xb7 Track status using automated tools that we build in-house using Microsoft Power Platform, enabling us to be agile and proactive.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Strategy, Application, and Infrastructure units to organize guidance on governance, features, and licensing of Power Platform and Mendix.

\xc2\xb7 Foster and promote a collaborative mindset and encourage developers to adopt beneficial leading-edge technologies and solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Conflict management.

\xc2\xb7 Deputy to Service Owner.

\xc2\xb7 Understand the needs of our business and IT to start optimizing/automating with the implementation of different use cases.

\xc2\xb7 Possess a strong consultancy mindset, with a willingness to solve challenges, master the unknown, always offer a next step, and demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ownership culture.

\xc2\xb7 Have technical understanding and a high interest in diving deeper into the M365 ecosystem, especially in Power Platform-related services.

\xc2\xb7 Possess good knowledge of the M365 architecture; API Integrations & Cybersecurity know-how is highly advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 Have experience in provider management, including the ability to lead offshore & onshore teams in virtual environments.

\xc2\xb7 Have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT applications.

\xc2\xb7 Have working experience with different software development methods and agile approaches/methodologies.

\xc2\xb7 Possess knowledge and experience of low code/no code tools.

\xc2\xb7 Have basic competencies in handling Azure modules.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate passion for technology and execution strengths.

\xc2\xb7 Be fluent in English and willing to connect to an international team with different backgrounds.
