Key Responsibilities
Leverage existing client relationships to
immediately onboard live orders or committed sales
Strategically grow the sales portfolio of imported polymers (e.g.,
HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PP, PET, PVC
)
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and margin targets
Stay updated on
global price trends, duties, and logistics
to offer competitive pricing
Build new accounts in sectors like
packaging, molding, automotive, construction, etc.
Negotiate commercial terms, prepare sales contracts, and close high-value deals
Collaborate with procurement & logistics for timely delivery and client satisfaction
Generate regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-10 years
of proven experience in
polymer/raw material sales
Demonstrated ability to
bring live or committed orders
, Targets will be discussed and finalised
Existing relationships with manufacturers, processors, or OEMs
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
Strong understanding of international sourcing, landed costing, and demand-supply trends
Comfortable managing high-ticket B2B transactions
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly accountable
Willing to travel across India for client acquisition and servicing
Qualifications
Bachelor's in
Chemistry / Plastics / Chemical Engineering / Business / Commerce
MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and digital communication
