We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to support governance, reporting, and delivery oversight within a dynamic banking technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO practices, excellent communication skills in English, and proven ability to produce clear and accurate meeting minutes.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks for technology projects.
Coordinate project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution of meeting minutes.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Support resource planning, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
Skills
Must have
6-8 years of PMO experience within banking or financial technology environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and professional meeting minutes.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
