Job description Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Engineer to join our team at NetReach Software Pvt Ltd. This exciting senior-level role (5 to 10 years) involves both development and production support for a packaged software application. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing database solutions, as well as handling real-time production issues to ensure system stability, scalability, and performance. Senior Oracle PL/SQL Engineer Development & Production Support (5 to 10 Years) Role & responsibilities

Development & Production Support: Lead the design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PL/SQL applications within a packaged software environment, ensuring smooth operations and high performance. Business Analysis & Architecture: Analyze business requirements to design scalable and efficient database solutions that align with the packaged software products goals. Architectural Design & Optimization: Define and implement robust database architectures, ensuring performance tuning and query optimization for large datasets. Incident Management & Resolution: Investigate and resolve production issues, apply fixes, and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in PL/SQL development, troubleshooting, and database optimization. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth enhancements and support. Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and support seamless integration within their environments.
Preferred candidate profile

5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and production support within a packaged software application. Strong expertise in Oracle databases, PL/SQL scripting, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Experience in business analysis, database solutioning, and architecture design for enterprise applications. Proven ability to handle production incidents, optimize database performance, and implement long-term fixes. Experience in leading projects, managing teams, and mentoring junior developers. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred for senior candidates). Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle databases, and performance tuning techniques. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities for handling production issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
