We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Platinum Consultant SAP MM/EWM with 12+ years of deep functional expertise in Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP supply chain implementations and optimizations, collaborating closely with global business stakeholders. The role demands strong client-facing skills, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, and fluent English communication without mother tongue influence. Occasional travel may be required for critical project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global implementation and rollout projects for SAP MM and EWM, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust SAP solutions in the MM and EWM areas
Configure key MM processes such as procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and invoice verification
Configure and optimize EWM functions including inbound/outbound processes, putaway/picking strategies, stock management, RF, labor management, and warehouse monitor
Integrate SAP MM/EWM with other modules such as SD, PP, QM, FI, and third-party systems
Provide strategic guidance to clients and project teams on best practices, process improvements, and innovation opportunities
Prepare and review technical specifications, functional documentation, training material, and project deliverables
Conduct workshops, lead cutover planning, and support go-live and hypercare activities
Travel to client locations as needed for project workshops, go-lives, or issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and EWM, including at least 3 full-cycle global implementations
In-depth knowledge of SAP MM: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, pricing procedures, GR/IR, inventory management, and subcontracting
Strong expertise in SAP EWM, including RF integration, warehouse structure setup, physical inventory, wave management, cross-docking, and handling unit management
Experience with embedded and decentralized EWM in SAP S/4HANA environments
Proven track record of leading SAP supply chain projects with global clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) with no mother tongue influence
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional and multicultural teams
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in MM and/or EWM
Experience in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or retail
Exposure to Agile / SAP Activate methodologies
Familiarity with Transportation Management (TM), Yard Logistics, or Integration with third-party WMS
