We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Platinum Consultant SAP EWM/WM to lead and deliver complex, global supply chain transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), with a deep understanding of warehouse and logistics processes. The role requires excellent communication skills in fluent English (without mother tongue influence) and flexibility for occasional travel based on client/project needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle SAP EWM/WM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, including solution design, configuration, testing, and

• deployment
• Analyze business requirements and provide expert-level solutions in warehouse and distribution processes
• Configure core SAP WM and EWM functionalities such as:

• Inbound/outbound logistics
• Putaway and picking strategies
• Handling Units (HU)
• Cross-docking
• Wave management
• RF (Radio Frequency) integration
• Warehouse Monitor
• Labor Management

• Integrate SAP EWM/WM with other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and QM
• Support key phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
• Provide thought leadership, best practices, and continuous process improvement
• Participate in stakeholder workshops and deliver high-quality documentation and training

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM and EWM, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics execution processes
• Experience in both decentralized and embedded EWM on SAP S/4HANA
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, warehouse structure setup, batch/serial management, and shipping
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, and third-party logistics systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English (verbal and written) with no mother tongue influence able to interact confidently with global teams and clients
• Ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage client relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in EWM and/or WM
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or retail industries
• Exposure to SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Yard Logistics
• Familiarity with Agile / SAP Activate methodology
• Experience in solution architecture or pre-sales support is a plus
