We are seeking a

Senior Platform Engineer

to help evolve a critical

security and secrets management ecosystem

while building automation capabilities that power teams across the organization. This role blends modern UI development, scalable backend engineering, and cloud-native architecture to deliver secure, resilient, and enterprise-grade platforms.
You will work on systems that sit at the core of our cybersecurity and operational infrastructure--improving usability, automating workflows, and strengthening security controls at scale.

What You'll Work On

Platform & Application Engineering

Design and build secure, scalable web platforms that support secrets management and security automation use cases.
Develop high-performance backend services and clean, intuitive user interfaces that improve developer and operator experience.
Modernize existing platforms by improving architecture, reliability, and maintainability.

Security & Automation

Build automation tools that streamline security workflows, access controls, and operational processes.
Contribute to strengthening secrets lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and system observability.
Embed security best practices into application design, deployment, and runtime behavior.

Cloud & DevOps Enablement

Build and operate cloud-native systems using AWS (preferred) or other public cloud platforms.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable, and secure deployments.
Work with containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes to support scalable, resilient services.

Collaboration & Ownership

Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of features--from design and development to deployment and production support.
Champion engineering best practices around code quality, performance, and reliability.

What We're Looking For

Core Experience

Strong hands-on experience building

backend services

using Java, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
Solid experience developing

modern frontend applications

using React, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Proven experience designing and operating

distributed, scalable systems

.

Cloud & DevOps

Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Load Balancers) or equivalent cloud services.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture patterns and infrastructure automation.

Nice to Have

Experience with

HashiCorp Vault

, Terraform (OSS or Enterprise), or workflow engines like Camunda.
Proficiency in Bash scripting and SQL.
Prior experience working on internal developer platforms, security tooling, or enterprise automation systems.
