Job Summary:We are seeking a well-groomed, articulate, and highly experienced Senior Planning Manager with a proven track record in the construction industry, particularly in high-end hospitality developments such as luxury hotels, resorts, and mixed-use commercial properties. This role is responsible for leading the planning and scheduling function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and critical path schedules from concept through to completion.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to planning teams across multiple hospitality construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to align planning deliverables.
  • Analyze project risks and provide mitigation strategies to senior management.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual milestones.
  • Support tendering and bid processes with time schedules and planning input.
  • Manage change control processes and assess the impact of variations on timelines and deliverables.
  • Uphold company standards in professional conduct and presentation at client-facing meetings.
  • Key Requirements:Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant planning experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Exceptional understanding of construction sequencing, planning principles, and project lifecycle.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Highly presentable and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
  • Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to hospitality construction.
  • Preferred Attributes:PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
  • Previous experience on international or large-scale luxury hotel/resort projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Well-groomed and polished appearance, suitable for executive-level meetings and high-profile clients.
