Role Overview:

The Senior Placement Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities, building strong industry partnerships, and ensuring high placement conversion for students across programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the placement team to achieve monthly and annual placement targets Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and HR leaders Identify new placement opportunities and onboard companies for hiring drives Plan and execute placement drives, campus interviews, and recruitment events Coordinate with academic and training teams to align student readiness with industry requirements Track placement data, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management Guide students on interview preparation, career readiness, and placement processes Handle employer feedback, offer negotiations, and closure of placement offers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) 15 -20 years of experience in placements, career services, or corporate relations (EdTech/Institute preferred) Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities Experience in team handling and target-driven environments Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and placement tracking systems

Preferred:

Experience working with technical, life science, or professional programs Exposure to large-scale placement drives and corporate hiring partnerships

Salary:

As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹561,588.93 - ₹1,620,398.88 per year
