. The candidate will be responsible for performing piping stress analysis and ensuring the integrity and safety of piping systems in compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar II for piping systems in oil & gas, power, or process industries.
Review piping layout and isometric drawings for stress-critical lines.
Prepare and review stress analysis reports, load summaries, and support recommendations.
Coordinate with piping designers, mechanical engineers, and structural teams for stress-related inputs and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with industry codes such as ASME B31.3, B31.1, and client specifications.
Support site construction and commissioning teams when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in piping stress analysis and Caesar II software.
Proficient in Caesar II software.
Strong understanding of pipe supports, flexibility analysis, and code compliance.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and isometrics.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work from the office/site as required.
On Shore and Off Shore
Experience working on offshore projects and FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading units).
