Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Team Lead - Physiotherapy (Tele-Rehab)

with expertise in

Cardio-Pulmonary rehabilitation

.
The ideal candidate will be a

licensed physiotherapist (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary)

who combines

clinical expertise with strong leadership and team-handling abilities

. You will oversee the Tele-Rehab physiotherapy team, ensure service quality, manage performance, and drive clinical excellence in remote rehabilitation care.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management

Lead and supervise a team of

Tele-Rehab Physiotherapists

across multiple regions. Assign daily cases, track performance, and ensure

timely patient consultations

and follow-ups. Conduct

regular team meetings, case reviews, and quality audits

to maintain service standards. Provide

coaching, mentorship, and training

to enhance team clinical and communication skills. Monitor

attendance, productivity, and performance metrics

, ensuring targets are met. Act as the

primary point of contact

between the physiotherapy team and management for operations and escalations.

Clinical & Operational Excellence

Oversee

tele-consultations and rehabilitation protocols

for cardio-pulmonary and musculoskeletal cases. Ensure

evidence-based practices

and adherence to WYH's Tele-Rehab protocols. Manage

patient feedback, satisfaction scores, and service quality reports

. Support in designing

SOPs and care protocols

for new rehabilitation programs. Collaborate with the

technology and product teams

to improve platform usability and patient experience

Requirements

Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary specialization)

. Minimum

2 years of clinical experience

in the pulmonary or cardio-respiratory rehabilitation domain.

Fluency in Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi

is mandatory. Proven

experience in team handling, leadership, or coordination roles

within a clinical setup preferred. Excellent

communication, empathy, and organizational skills

Tech-savvy

- comfortable using telehealth, CRM, and documentation tools. Compassionate,

patient-focused

high ethical standards

in care delivery.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Shift Timings:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

Salary Range:

?22,000 - ?27,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and leadership skills)
