Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical conditions and diagnose movement dysfunctions. Develop personalized treatment plans and exercise programs. Provide physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required. Educate patients and their families about exercises, posture, and lifestyle changes to aid recovery. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and nursing staff for integrated patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospital protocols. Guide and supervise junior therapists or trainees when necessary. Stay updated with latest physiotherapy practices and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized university. Valid registration with the State Council of Physiotherapy. Minimum 10 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers may be considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to empathize with patients and provide holistic care. Physical stamina and patience to work with rehabilitative cases.
