Senior PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of
PHP-based e-commerce applications
.
Work on
custom e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, API integrations, and third-party plugins
.
Write clean, scalable, and secure code following
best practices (OOP, MVC, SOLID principles)
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - UI/UX, QA, DevOps - to deliver robust solutions.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest
PHP frameworks, tools, and e-commerce technologies
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
.
5+ years of experience in
PHP development
, with at least 2+ years in a senior role.
Strong proficiency in
Core PHP and frameworks (Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter)
.
Hands-on experience with
MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
.
Experience in building and scaling
e-commerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify custom apps, or custom-built solutions)
.
Knowledge of
RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, and third-party API integrations
