We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to build and maintain complex custom software solutions, including ERP, CRM, OMS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong backend architecture skills and hands-on experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance custom ERP, CRM, OMS systems
Lead backend architecture and database design for enterprise-grade applications
Develop reusable modules and components for large-scale systems
Collaborate with product owners, frontend developers, and QA teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external systems
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide long-term solutions
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on PHP development experience
Strong expertise in frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
Solid experience building custom enterprise applications (ERP, CRM)
Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL database design and optimization
Deep understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns
Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong understanding of application security and data protection
Preferred Skills
Experience designing multi-tenant or role-based systems
Familiarity with cloud environments and scalable deployments
Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with microservices or modular architectures
