Job Overview: The Senior Lab Technician -Responsible for leading the home collection team, ensuring seamless and customer-focused sample collection, and actively driving marketing initiatives to enhance home collection services. Additionally, this role involves supervising and coordinating report delivery for both free and paid camps conducted in the open market for promotional purposes. This role is preferable for male candidates with a mandatory requirement of owning a two-wheeler for mobility. The position involves working in rotational shifts. Responsibilities: Home Collection Team Leadership: Lead and oversee the home collection team, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate sample collection, and exceptional patient care. Assign duties, routes, and responsibilities to team members, optimizing resource utilization for timely home collections. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to maintain professional conduct and high service standards. Swiftly and effectively address any customer complaints or concerns regarding the home collection process. Home Collection Management: Plan and execute home collection appointments, collaborating with team members to ensure adequate supplies and equipment. Strictly adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and data privacy guidelines during sample collection. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the home collection process, ensuring consistency and reliability. Marketing and Business Development: Actively initiate and participate in marketing activities to expand and promote home collection services in the market. Identify growth prospects and collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for increased home collection service uptake. Establish relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and individuals to heighten awareness and visibility of home collection services. Provide insights for marketing campaigns, materials, and promotional events related to home collection. Camp Coordination and Supervision: Oversee the planning and execution of free and paid camps in the open market for promotional purposes. Coordinate camp logistics, including equipment, supplies, and team assignments, ensuring successful event execution. Supervise report delivery from camps, ensuring prompt and accurate distribution to participants. Quality Assurance and Process Enhancement: Monitor and evaluate the home collection team\'s performance and camp activities, analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to maintain consistent, high-quality patient experiences during home collections and camps. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold the integrity of sample collection and report delivery processes. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on home collection activities, team performance, marketing efforts, and camp outcomes. Maintain accurate records of home collection appointments, patient interactions, camp details, and report distribution. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field. Proven experience as a Lab Technician, with an in-depth understanding of sample collection procedures. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Marketing experience or familiarity with marketing principles is advantageous. Solid knowledge of medical laboratory regulations, quality standards, and data privacy requirements. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler for mobility. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
