Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Pharmacist

to join our team. This role involves managing retail pharmacy operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to enhance their performance.

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling.

Ensure proper stocking of medicines and other retail products.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compliance and Standards:

Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations (preferably in the pharmacy sector).

Education:

Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Customer Focus:

Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze sales data and identify actionable insights.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work evening shifts and manage both part-time and full-time employees.
