Supervise and oversee daily pharmacy operations.
Accurately dispense prescription & OTC medicines.
Verify prescriptions, dosages, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
Provide detailed counseling to patients/customers on medication usage, side effects, and health management.
Monitor & manage stock levels, perform regular expiry audits, and coordinate procurement.
Train, guide, and mentor junior pharmacists and support staff.
Ensure adherence to all pharmacy regulations, audits, and quality standards.
Support management with reporting, process improvements, and compliance checks.
Requirements:
Valid
Pharmacist License
(mandatory).
2-5 years' experience in retail/hospital/corporate pharmacy.
Strong knowledge of drugs, dosages, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and team-handling abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
