? Hands-on experience in creating and executing test scripts using open source and commercial tools. Must be necessarily proficient in Load Runner.
? Have executed at least 2 large scale engagements with Load Runner.
? Have knowledge/experience on Jmeter will be an add on.
? Understanding of Software engineering and testing methodologies in the context of large scale enterprise systems.
? Experience in testing high volume web and batch based transactional enterprise applications.
? Experience in setup and management of test environments on different platforms (Windows/ Unix).
? Experience in creating workload models and collecting performance requirements from the stake holders.
? Good understanding of technical architectures and networking concepts.
