Job Description

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests for enterprise
applications hosted primarily on AWS.
Analyze application and system performance to identify bottlenecks, scalability problems,
and architecture gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to provide actionable insights,
suggest code-level optimizations, and recommend system-level improvements.
Utilize development expertise to profile application code, diagnose issues, and document
root causes with clear technical detail.
Generate detailed performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Establish and maintain standard performance testing practices, frameworks, and
automation pipelines, leveraging AWS services and infrastructure.
Contribute to designing systems and environments for high availability, resilience, and
cost-effective scaling in the AWS cloud.
Develop and maintain documentation for test plans, methodologies, findings, and best
practices.
Communicate test results, known risks, and improvement recommendations both verbally
and in written form to engineering, leadership, and business teams.
