Run and optimise

campaigns
Manage budgets and ensure high ROI
Create data-driven strategies for scaling ads
Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports
Conduct competitor and market research
Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams
Implement A/B tests, audience segmentation, and retargeting
Optimize landing pages with the team for better conversions
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
Deep knowledge of
Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC
Experience in scaling campaigns profitably
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Pixel setups, Tracking
Must be able to work independently and deliver results
Good to Have
Experience running ads for agencies, D2C brands, or startups
Knowledge of automation tools & AI-based marketing tools
Experience in UGC ad performance optimization.
