- Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Strategy & Planning

Own and lead

Google Ads (UAC, YouTube, Display)

and

Meta Ads (FB/IG App campaigns)

end-to-end. Plan budgets (?1crore+ monthly) and scale campaigns efficiently while achieving

target ROAS & CPI goals

. Design

language-wise & geo-segmented campaigns

(Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi markets).

Execution & Optimization

Set up campaigns across

Search, Display, YouTube, UAC, Facebook & Instagram

. Optimize for

in-app purchases, retention, and LTV

, not just installs. A/B test creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and audience segments.

Analytics & Reporting

Deep-dive into

GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer

to track events, attribution, and cohorts. Monitor funnel metrics -

Install ? Registration ? Checkout ? Purchase ? Repeat Purchase

. Build weekly & monthly performance dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with

design/content teams

for ad creatives. Collaborate with

product & finance teams

on budgets, ROI tracking, and scaling decisions. Train junior marketers in campaign execution & analytics.
Requirements

4-8 years of

hands-on performance marketing experience

. Proven success managing

?50L+/month ad spends

with strong ROI. Strong expertise in

Google UAC, Meta Ads Manager

, and scaling app campaigns. Familiar with

Firebase, AppsFlyer, GA4, Adjust, or other attribution tools

. Deep understanding of

CPI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, Retention cohorts

. Strong analytical & Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, ROAS/GST calculations). Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

Experience with

South Indian markets (Tamil/Kannada/Telugu)

. Exposure to

creative optimization frameworks

(hook-testing, language A/B tests). Agency background + startup growth experience.
