The Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and elevate our clients' paid media presence. You will be the go-to expert for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, YouTube, and Meta, with a core focus on driving measurable ROI and growth for e-commerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Management:
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video), Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
E-commerce Focus:
Deeply understand and optimize the full-funnel customer journey for e-commerce, from prospecting to retargeting, with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), LTV (Lifetime Value), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
Platform Expertise:
Google & YouTube:
Mastery of Smart Shopping/Performance Max campaigns, Search campaigns with a focus on non-brand/brand segmentation, and YouTube for both awareness and conversion objectives.
Meta:
Expertise in crafting sophisticated audience strategies (Lookalikes, Custom Audiences), dynamic product ads (DPA), and conversion-focused campaign structures.
Data & Analytics:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of campaign performance. Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-native data to derive insights, build reports, and make data-backed recommendations.
Budget Management:
Take full ownership of significant monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend to maximize client KPIs.
Testing & Innovation:
Continuously A/B test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance and stay ahead of platform updates.
Client Collaboration:
Work directly with clients or account managers to understand business goals, present performance reports, and provide strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications & Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with a proven track record in an e-commerce environment.
In-depth, platform-level expertise in
Google Ads
(Certifications preferred) and
Meta Blueprint
(Certification a plus).
Must-have experience with
Google Shopping / Performance Max
campaigns and
Meta Dynamic Ads
.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
