As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the strategy, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and deliver strong ROI. This role is ideal for someone who's data-driven, performance-oriented, and experienced in managing e-commerce and digital-first brand campaigns at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
,
Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
, and other relevant platforms.
Define audience segments, campaign objectives, and performance KPIs for each brand.
Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to achieve maximum ROAS and efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance across platforms.
Analyze ad metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc., and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key trends, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on performance reviews and growth plans.
E-commerce & Funnel Optimization
Work with the e-commerce team to optimize landing pages, product feeds, and checkout flows (mainly Shopify).
Track conversion funnels -- from ad click to purchase -- and identify drop-off points.
Coordinate with developers and content teams to implement tracking codes, pixels, and analytics integrations.
Creative Collaboration & Team Mentorship
Brief and collaborate with designers, content writers, and video editors to develop high-performing creatives.
Ensure brand consistency and creative effectiveness across all paid campaigns.
Mentor junior performance marketing executives; review their campaign setups, reports, and learnings.
Market Research & Innovation
Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad trends.
Explore new performance channels, tools, and automation techniques.
Conduct competitor analysis and share insights to strengthen brand positioning.
Required Skills:
Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
Proven experience in
e-commerce campaign management
and achieving strong ROAS.
Strong understanding of
digital funnels
