Role Overview
Lead and manage performance marketing initiatives to drive measurable business results
Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring high ROI and campaign efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and conversions
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards
Implement A/B testing for ads, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
Track and improve KPIs including CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and client servicing teams for integrated campaign execution
Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to internal teams and clients
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in performance marketing,
preferably within a digital agency environment.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience targeting
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and large budgets simultaneously
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
