What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

Deep understanding of ad targeting, retargeting, funnels, conversion tracking, and scaling strategies.

Ability to write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives for performance.

Analytical mindset with strong knowledge of KPIs, A/B testing, and attribution models.

Proven ability to deliver high ROAS and efficient CAC across multiple campaigns.

Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or info products is a BIG plus.
