Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on
Google
and
Meta
platforms.
Drive high-quality lead generation with clear ROI goals.
Own end-to-end campaign management - from strategy and creatives to analytics and reporting.
Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure ad creatives are aligned with strategy.
Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates and suggest actionable improvements.
Requirements
3-5+ years of hands-on experience
managing paid campaigns on
Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Strong command over
performance-based marketing
, including retargeting and lookalike strategies.
Experience in Edtech
or a strong understanding of Edtech audiences and product positioning.
Familiar with
Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager
, and
conversion tracking setups.
Ability to analyze data and make data-backed decisions.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Prior experience working in
startups or fast-paced tech companies

Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and landing page optimization is a plus.
