Role Overview:





We are looking for a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist who brings deep expertise in payroll processing, an eye for accuracy, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role goes beyond running payroll it's about elevating HR operations, strengthening governance, ensuring global alignment, and driving best practices in benefits and compliance.



You will manage payroll for India while also coordinating payroll inputs for Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA, working closely with regional HR partners.


Key Responsibilities:




1. Payroll Management - India & Global Inputs




End-to-end processing of India payroll with 100% accuracy and compliance. Provide timely payroll inputs for all global regions (Asia, Europe, Middle East, USA) in partnership with regional HR counterparts. Verify monthly payroll data (new joiners, exits, compensation changes, leaves, variable pay, incentives, recoveries). Drive payroll calendar discipline, reconciliations, and audit trails.

2. HR Systems & Data Excellence




Maintain all employee data in HRMS with zero data-quality issues; ensure updates are timely and audit-ready. Leverage HR tools for automation, payroll accuracy, and better reporting. Own year-end activities including tax proofs & Form-16 coordination, CTC revisions, increments, and compensation cycle data readiness.

3. Compensation Benchmarking & Benefits




Support compensation benchmarking exercises and salary structure reviews. Bring periodic insights on industry best practices related to benefits, insurance, allowances, and employee experience. Drive vendor interactions and benefit program enhancements where required.

4. Audit, Compliance & Governance




Act as the

single point of contact

for all HR audits (internal, statutory, external). Prepare documentation, respond to queries, and ensure full compliance across payroll, benefits, and HR processes. Lead policy updates, version control, communication, and dissemination across the organisation.

5. Stakeholder & Regional HR Collaboration




Work closely with regional HR teams to manage payroll inputs and ensure alignment across countries. Partner with HR Ops, Finance, internal auditors, and external vendors. Communicate clearly and confidently with employees and leaders at all levels.
