Responsible for all payroll activities, statutory activities, reporting activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling multiple location payroll with different due dates
Verifying all payroll Fixed components and variable components and statutory deductions and other deductions are considered
Team player to coordinate with multi-HR department for collecting information and processing the payroll on time
Providing complete support to the Internal and External auditors
Handling the income tax notice and queries
Form16 issuance to employees and quarterly 24Q TDS return filing
Handling the RSU/ESPP benefits the employees
Handling the Car Lease/Mobile lease recovery and related FBP restructuring
Handling Gratuity/Superannuation retirement benefits
Handling TDS/PF/VPF/LWF/PT for multiple locations
Handling Loans and advances of employees
Timely processing of the employees full and final settlement
Handling payroll accounting like payroll entry posting and other accrual entry postings in SAP
Processing the employee's salary on time and following with bank until salary payment
Remittance of all statutory payments before due date
Handling employee queries case to case basis
Strong Analytical Knowledge in the payroll

B. Com/MBA Finance
SAP knowledge + Advanced Excel +Power BI
5+ years of experience in India payroll activities
