Role Summary:

We are hiring

Senior PCCs

to manage

3-4 clinics

in a cluster. The role involves overseeing clinic operations, monitoring PCC performance, improving patient experience, and driving clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple clinics Monitor and guide PCCs across assigned clinics Ensure smooth patient handling and clinic readiness Track clinic performance, conversions, and growth metrics Collect patient feedback and ensure service quality Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and central teams Share daily/weekly performance reports

Requirements:

1-4 years experience in clinic operations / healthcare / patient coordination Experience handling teams or multiple locations preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable with MS Excel, reporting, and digital tools Willing to travel across assigned clinics
