About the job -

Need Experienced candidates in Patent Drafting role from ECE domain - 2-10 years of experience

Key responsibilities:

1.

Understand Complex Technologies:

Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technically advanced invention disclosures, preferably in domains such as Electronics & Communication (ECE), Wireless Communication, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Computer Science.

2.

Learn and Adapt:

Be meticulous, detail-oriented, and trainable with the willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies, patent laws, and best practices through structured training.

3.

Collaborate with Inventors:

Communicate effectively with inventors, engineers, and R&D teams to extract key technical details and understand the core inventive concepts.

4.

Draft Patent Applications:

Prepare high-quality patent applications including solid patent claims for USPTO, IN, and other jurisdictions based on cutting-edge innovations. Claim Drafting skills is must

5.

Ensure Quality and Timeliness:

Deliver error-free drafts within strict timelines, meeting client expectations and global quality standards.

Other requirements:

1. Preference will be given to PhD candidates in ECE domain. However, we also need candidates with B.Tech and M.tech in ECE domain.

2. Team-Oriented and Culturally Aligned: Demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to gel well with the team, adapt to DELHIP's (business brand sitabienceip) culture of excellence, and work towards shared goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
