Key Responsibilities



Identify, approach, and close partnerships with

companies, corporates, firms, and manpower agencies

for Mykare subscription plans. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers. Present Mykare's health subscription offerings to corporate clients and customize proposals based on their workforce needs. Manage the end-to-end

sales cycle

from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, to closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B subscription sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2-6 years in

B2B / Corporate Sales

,

Account Management

, or

Enterprise Sales

(healthcare, insurance, wellness, or HR tech experience preferred). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and build long-term relationships. Based in

Kochi

with willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
