You will \xf0\x9f\x93\xb2
  • Strategy: Lead the development and refinement of People Team Policies, Statutory Compliance, Processes, and People Programs across areas such as Employee Engagement & Experiences, Remote Working & Onboarding, Wellness, and Company Culture. Develop metrics to measure the success and impact of these programs.
  • Planning: Create, implement, and oversee various frameworks & initiatives and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Ownership: Act as a custodian of the company culture, bringing it to life and connecting employees to our mission, cultural values, and to each other.
  • Operations: Work with the team to enhance workflows that support key employee milestones like onboarding, promotions, offboarding, and more.
  • Analytics: Design and maintain HR dashboards to provide meaningful insights to business leaders. Work closely with other People Partners & TA professionals in areas such as recruitment, engagement, retention, development, and reward.
  • Analytics: Lead innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure the success of in-house programs and initiatives (e.g.: Rewards & Recognition, analyze exit interviews, analyze key drivers of performance through the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers; etc.)
