Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for
overseas/GCC projects
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating with clients and overseas partners
Managing documentation: CVs, passports, visas, medicals, and mobilization
Meeting monthly recruitment targets
Maintaining recruitment records and reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience
in
overseas recruitment
Experience recruiting for
GCC / Gulf countries
Good knowledge of visa processes and overseas hiring procedures
Ability to handle bulk and technical recruitment
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Preferred Skills
Experience with manpower agencies
Knowledge of Saudi / GCC labor requirements
Ability to work independently and under pressure
