Amazon Advertising is seeking an experienced Senior Outsourcing & Compliance Manager to join our Advertising Trust Operations (ATO) team. This role will be responsible for managing complex vendor relationships, driving operational excellence, and establishing robust compliance frameworks across our outsourcing network. The ideal candidate will draw from their experience in vendor management, compliance, and business process outsourcing to deliver strategic solutions that scale with our growing advertising business.
Key job responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding and outsourcing (3P) initiatives for new lines of business
Design and implement compliance frameworks for outsourcing partners and their sites
Build standardized mechanisms and processes for 3P program success
Develop and execute network strategy for operations and 3P partnerships
Drive operational excellence through data-driven decisions and process improvements
Vendor Management & Procurement
Curate and manage requests-for-proposal (RFP) for outsourcing opportunities
Partner with operations teams to define business requirements and success metrics
Lead vendor and site strategy definition, location assessments, and contract administration
Drive Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with vendor and Amazon leadership
Participate in semi-annual vendor relationship rating and improvement programs
Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Amazon Master
Services Agreement (MSA) and Supplier Code of Conduct
Manage standards related to Security and Infrastructure, Legal, Tax, and Financial Invoicing
Develop and maintain robust Business Continuity Plans
Proactively identify and mitigate risks in vendor operations
Create and implement compliance monitoring mechanisms
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels
Influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions
Drive consensus across multiple teams and organizations
Partner with internal teams to secure resources and set project priorities
Represent the program to Director and VP-level leadership
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
6+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in compliance management and risk mitigation
Strong track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
5+ years of driving process improvements experience
2+ years of vendor management experience
Knowledge of BPO industry and contact center operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to travel with significant international travel
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
