Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outbound Sales Executive with 4-5 years of experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue-focused outreach. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying opportunities, pitching services, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business leads
Identify and engage prospective clients and convert them into paying customers
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Continuously research the market to identify new sales opportunities and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
4-5 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or service-based environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales goals
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure
