Job Description

1. Pre-Operative Duties:

Room Setup:

Prepare and arrange the operating theater, including surgical tools, lights, anesthesia machines, and monitoring equipment.

Sterilization:

Sterilize instruments and maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection.

Patient Prep:

Assist in transporting patients, preparing them for surgery, and positioning them correctly on the operating table.

Inventory:

Check and restock surgical supplies, instruments, and medications.

2. Intra-Operative Duties (During Surgery):

Assisting Surgeons:

Hand instruments, sutures, and other supplies to the surgeon and nurses.

Equipment Management:

Operate and maintain equipment like lights, C-Arms, and suction devices.

Monitoring Support:

Assist the anesthesiologist with equipment and potentially basic patient monitoring.

Emergency Response:

Respond quickly to the team's needs, including managing emergency supplies.

3. Post-Operative Duties:

Cleaning:

Clean and sterilize the operating room and equipment for the next procedure.

Waste Disposal:

Properly manage and dispose of biomedical and hazardous waste.

Documentation:

Maintain records of procedures, equipment usage, and sterilization cycles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
