Urgent - Hiring for Order Processing

Experience - 1 to 4 years

Job Location - Mumbai (Masjid Bunder)

Office Timing - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Salary - 2.5 TO 5 LPA

Education - Graduation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

?Order receiving via mail, verbal and Sales Work Order.

?Sending order acknowledgement emails to clients.

?Planning of the Order includes stock check and final qty, rates on the order.

?Executing the order and emailing status of the same.

?Coordination with dispatch team for planning on dispatch.

?Coordinating with Purchase team for receipt of material from vendor or manufacturing.

?Follow up with Admin for sending TC to client by email or by courier.

?MIS report to be submitted as assigned on regular basis to get new verbal orders.

?Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers

?Giving LR details and dispatch details to client in proper time.

?Co-ordination with the dealers and customers for proper supply of the requirement of products.
