Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to Cash (O2C), Procurement, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
  • Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel-based analytics.
  • Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and process efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud
  • Proven functional experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Vendor Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, including requirement gathering, process design/blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support
  • Experience integrating Oracle SCM modules with Finance, HR, and Manufacturing systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SCM reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance analytics
  • Hands-on exposure to BI and reporting tools such as OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, along with strong Excel-based analytics
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
  • Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional and process documentation
  • Strong understanding of ERP governance, compliance requirements, and project delivery methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
