Key Responsibilities

Database Development

Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.


Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-volume data processing.

Performance Tuning

Analyze and tune PL/SQL code for optimal performance.


Implement best practices for query optimization and indexing.

Data Management

Perform data migration, ETL processes, and integration with external systems.


Ensure data integrity and security across all environments.

Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Maintenance & Support

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.


Support daily operations and provide on-call assistance when required.

Documentation

Prepare technical documentation for database structures, processes, and workflows.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Oracle Database architecture and PL/SQL programming.


Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization.


Experience with data modeling and database design principles.


Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.


Knowledge of database security best practices.
