Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their HRMS requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time and Labor and Self-Service HR.
Strong understanding of HCM REST API and SOAP services. Knowledge of Oracle Application Tools such as FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFDI (ADF Desktop Integration), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader).
Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and debug Fast Formulas specifically for absence calculations (accruals, entitlements, validations) within the Oracle HCM environment.
Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, reports, and interfaces to support HRMS functionalities.
Conduct testing phases including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide training and support for end-users, helping them utilize Oracle HRMS effectively.
Document technical specifications, processes, and user manuals for HRMS applications.
Manage User security and roles - Custom roles creation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM / HRMS
Strong functional experience in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Talent Management, and Self-Service HR
Proven experience in Oracle HCM tools: HDL, HSDL, FBDI, ADFDI
Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas (especially Absence Management - accruals, entitlements, validations)
Experience with Oracle HCM integrations using REST & SOAP APIs
Hands-on experience in PL/SQL development, reports, and interfaces
Experience in security and role management, including custom role creation
Strong understanding of end-to-end HCM implementation and support lifecycle
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-handling skills
