How You Might Spend Your Days
As a Senior or Lead engineer, you\'ll become part of our Mechanical team, where you\'ll be:

  • Plan and take technical responsibility for own discipline.
  • Ensure interfaces and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Ensure changes to scope of work are brought to the attention of project management.
  • Ensure disciplinary consistency, quality, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and support Engineers in own discipline
  • Provide on-the-job education of Engineers to advance their career.
  • Review work of Engineers in own discipline
  • Share knowledge across projects for technical and project execution alignment within own discipline
  • Support the development of standards and guidelines.
  • Promote NNE and look for sales opportunities with customers

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
  • More than 8 years of experience and master within Stress calculations.
  • Strong in piping stress analysis concepts and should be able to solve critical stress and nozzle load Issues.
  • Strong in piping support standards and support philosophy.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision and work effectively as a team member on all assignments.
  • Familiar with the EN, ASME, API and other Industry related standards.
  • Calculate tentative pipe support loads between secondary support.
  • Perform visual check for supports on non-critical lines.
  • Maintain critical line list record by discussing with piping team and finalize the system packages.
  • Should be able to handle PCF file to generate the model in stress analysis tool.
  • Create the stress analysis isometrics inducing all required data for support definition.
  • Prepare piping stress analysis reports considering project specifications.
  • Cross verifies 3D model with stress isometrics to make sure the model is in line with the stress isometrics.
  • Collaborate with structural discipline to provide piping loads for design of pipe racks, structures and foundation.
  • Maintain records and checklists of documents.
  • Maintain database for stress inputs and keep them updated at regular intervals.
  • Should have experience in preparation of support load list.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel to handle load data.
  • Should have experience in handling Navisworks file.
  • Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D and 3D.
  • Having experience in Auto CAD Plant 3D will be added advantage.
  • Vendor data review.
  • Knowledge on flange leakage calculations and analysis of underground piping.
  • Planning and estimation of man-hours.
Working skills in following software\'s.
  • ROHR 2 (Preferred) / CAESAR II
  • MS Office
  • Navisworks Manage
  • Auto CAD 2D
  • Auto CAD Plant 3D (Added advantage)
