Job Summary:

The Senior OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting OPT/CPT candidates for various IT positions. This role requires a deep understanding of the OPT/CPT visa process and a proven track record in recruiting OPT/CPT candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network within the IT industry, and a passion for helping candidates achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential OPT/CPT candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and university career centers. Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and educational institutions. Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant with immigration regulations and company policies. Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment activities. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years focused on OPT/CPT candidates. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of the OPT/CPT visa process and related immigration regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the IT industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
