The Role



We are looking for a

Senior Opportunity Manager

to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with schools and districts in the U.S. market. The role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth by presenting the right Lumos Learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client experience from the first interaction to closure.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in schools and districts. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to create tailored proposals. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Lumos Learning products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the full sales funnel. Track and analyze opportunity metrics to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM tools. Provide feedback from the field to help refine offerings and strategy.

Requirements



4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or K-12 education. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with CRM systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams..

Bonus Points:



Experience in the EdTech industry Deep understanding of the U.S. K-12 education market, including current trends, challenges, and purchasing decision-making processes. Proven ability to develop and manage successful content marketing programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
