This is a full-time Operations Supervisor role responsible for managing orders, store operations, inventory and purchase.
This role will be based out of our dispatch Centre in New Delhi.
What you will do
Daily Store Operations:
Coordinate with florists to ensure they are aware of daily arrangements and delivery slots, enabling them to prioritize orders effectively.
Print and place challans and personalized messages with the correct floral arrangements.
Ensure timely dispatch and on-time delivery of all orders -- this is a critical KPI.
Monitor and maintain daily store operations in line with internal policies and SOPs.
Track and report petty expenses, ensuring timely reconciliation.
Share a daily summary of purchases and inventory in official communication groups.
Keep all purchase data updated and maintained in the respective records.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing customer interactions via WhatsApp (ZOKO), phone, or in-store.
Address and resolve customer concerns and queries related to orders.
Inform clients proactively in case of delays or changes to their order (due to inventory or quality issues).
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Logistics & Dispatch Coordination:
Assign orders to riders through the Dispatch Software.
Monitor order journeys and assist riders in real time with issues such as delivery location queries or recipient availability.
Prepare delivery routes in advance, optimizing sequence on the software to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Create and share a daily report of on-time deliveries by end of day (EOD).
Prepare a daily purchase list with florist input and cross-check to avoid over-ordering.
Monitor and record daily wastage, ensuring team compliance with update protocols.
Share regular updates on flower and non-flower inventory with management, including alerts on items nearing out-of-stock (OOS).
Maintain and update daily reports on purchases and wastage consistently.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
