Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our operations with a focus on client relationship management and rider coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, building strong client relationships, and managing rider performance and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for key clients to ensure high satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Manage end-to-end rider operations including onboarding, deployment, tracking, and performance management.

Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely deliveries and smooth rider workflows.

Monitor client requests and feedback, and ensure alignment with service standards.

Implement systems for rider attendance, discipline, and route optimization.

Track and analyze operational data, including rider KPIs and client SLAs.

Handle rider escalations and ensure quick conflict resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, maintenance, customer support) to meet client expectations.

Train and mentor ground operations staff and rider team leads.

Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

2-15 years of experience in Operations, with strong client handling and rider team management exposure.

Prior experience in logistics, fleet management, EV operations, or last-mile delivery preferred.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage large field teams and client accounts simultaneously.

Working knowledge of Excel, dashboards, and field tracking tools.

Ability to handle pressure and maintain operational efficiency at scale.
